School is done until January - Yeah!! We finished this morning and started to pack all the books away. Olivia started to cry and went to her room. She didn't want to be done. The rest of us were excited to start a nice break from school. We are two days short of being half way done with this school year. What an experience to say that we had half a year of school in Mexico.
We were busy today starting to put Alvira's house back the way she had it. Once we got all the school stuff put away Gerald moved the table back into the office. We had taken pictures when we first got here so we looked at the pictures on the computer and started to put her things back the way she had them. We still have more to do but we got a good start. Now that we are in the mode of cleaning and getting ready to come home we are excited about it. The good-byes will be hard.
Andrew seems to have turned the corner. He is still coughing some but is feeling better and seems more like himself. Thank you for your prayers. We are thankful that he is better. Either we all ate something bad or we all have a bit of the flu bug.... Nothing too serious, but we all have been making regular trips to the bathroom.
Tomorrow we are heading out after lunch to John and Lorna Wall's (missionaries to the Germans Mennonites). We are looking forward to spending the afternoon with them. The kids are looking forward to being out in the country once again.
Have a good weekend,
Sandy
