A Cry Solves Everything... well almost!

Well it seems Olivia has turned the corner - PTL! She had a good sleep last night and a good two hour nap today. She hasn't had a fever since yesterday. She is still congested and not quite her cheerful self. But, the worst has passed. She even told me that her throat doesn't hurt today.

The boys spent the afternoon practicing soccer shots on each other outside while Olivia was sleeping. I decided to take the opportunity to sweep and mop the living room. Part of it was cleaned this morning with a spilled bowl of cereal.

I had a good long cry yesterday. I couldn't put a finger on any one thing, just lots of little things. Sometimes a woman just needs a good cry - I feel better today, even with puffy eyes. I admit, I somethings think that I can handle everything. Even when my body starts reacting to the stress I think I am fine. Anyway, it was a good release and things seem brighter today.

Thank you for all your prayers for Olivia. We need you and are thankful for your walking with us.

Sandy for all of us.

yay! we're so glad to hear that Olivia is doing better. we've been thinking of you guys, and just prayed for Olivia again at bedtime now, and then i came and read this email! good news! so good to hear your voices the other day. we'll have to talk again, cause Sam had actually wanted to talk to Caleb :) we went for a walk this evening and ended up stopping and watching a girls soccor game in progress. Sam loves watching any sports. cool to hear about Caleb and Andrew having such a fun time playing soccor the other day with the big guys!!
